- Application form: Full name, email address, phone number, and any optional message you submit when applying to the program.
- Waitlist form: Name and email address when you join the waitlist.
- Email correspondence: Any information you share when contacting us directly.
- Payment information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store or process your card details — Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Usage data (optional): If you accept analytics cookies, we may collect anonymised data about how you interact with our website (pages visited, time on site, device type). This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
3. Why We Collect It
We use your data exclusively for the following purposes:
- To process your application and manage your enrollment in the program.
- To contact you about your application, program details, or future dates.
- To notify waitlist members when new dates become available.
- To improve our website and understand how visitors engage with it (analytics only, with your consent).
We will never use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data based on:
- Contractual necessity: To fulfill your enrollment and deliver the program.
- Legitimate interest: To respond to enquiries and manage our waitlist.
- Consent: For optional analytics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. How We Store Your Data
Application and waitlist data is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to David Ioli. Google's infrastructure is GDPR-compliant and hosted within EU data centres where applicable.
We do not use third-party CRM platforms, marketing databases, or data brokers.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Applicants: Data is retained for up to 12 months after the program ends, then deleted.
- Waitlist: Data is retained until you ask to be removed or until 12 months have passed with no relevant program activity.
- Email correspondence: Retained for as long as necessary to resolve any enquiry.
7. Third Parties
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the site:
None of these parties are permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
8. Cookies
We use cookies to make the site function and, with your consent, to understand how visitors use it. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the banner that appears when you first visit the site. We use three categories:
- Essential: Required for the site to work. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics: Help us understand traffic and improve the experience. Only active with your consent.
- Marketing: Used to measure the effectiveness of any advertising. Only active with your consent.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
