By enrolling in Learn AI Ibiza, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they're written in plain language and exist to make the experience fair and clear for everyone.
Learn AI Ibiza is a five-session, in-person AI workshop program held every Saturday in Ibiza, Spain. Sessions run from 10:00 to 12:30 and are led by David Ioli. The program is designed for professionals and does not require any prior technical knowledge.
By completing payment you confirm your intention to attend and accept these terms in full.
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment via Stripe. The program fee is €950 per participant and covers all five sessions, materials, templates, and prompt libraries provided during the program.
Prices are listed in Euros and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee after the first session. If you attend Session 1 and feel the program is not the right fit for your goals, simply let us know before leaving the venue and we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.
After Session 1, no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend remaining sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you in a future group.
By the participant: If you need to cancel before the program begins, please notify us as soon as possible at hello@learnaiibiza.com. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the first session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the first session are non-refundable, though your spot may be transferred to a future group at our discretion.
By Learn AI Ibiza: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify all participants as early as possible and offer either a rescheduled date or a full refund.
We understand that life in Ibiza can be unpredictable. If you miss a session, we will provide:
Missed sessions do not entitle participants to a refund or a reduced fee.
Participants are expected to treat fellow attendees and the instructor with respect. Learn AI Ibiza reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the group experience. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Please bring your laptop and a willingness to engage. Sessions are hands-on and participation makes all the difference.
All materials provided during the program — including templates, prompt libraries, frameworks, and session content — are the intellectual property of David Ioli / Learn AI Ibiza. They are licensed to you for personal and professional use only.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or publicly share program materials without prior written consent. Sharing individual resources with your direct team for internal use is permitted.
Sessions may be photographed for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in any photos, please let us know before the first session and we will respect your preference.
Participants may not record audio or video of sessions without explicit written permission from David Ioli.
Learn AI Ibiza provides education and practical guidance on artificial intelligence tools. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue growth, or productivity improvements resulting from participation in the program — results will vary depending on individual effort and application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn AI Ibiza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program or use of materials provided.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By enrolling, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ibiza, Spain.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued participation in the program after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
